Quilted Bird of Paradise Flowers Pillow Cover~ Tropical Bird of Paradise Batik Fabric Pillow Cover Orange White Green

This is a beautiful Bird of Paradise Flowers pillow cover done in orange, green and white. Ann Jensen created the lovely centerpiece artwork, and I printed it on cotton. The flowers and stems were quilted with different patterns, and meandering quilting was added to the white background; click on the actual pictures to see the details close up. I added a 3.5" border of Michael Miller's fancy Coral Reef with gold metallic accents from their Batik fabric collection. The blue and green colors give this a very tropical feel you will love, and the metallic areas give great shimmer and interest. The back of the pillow cover is made from the same Coral Reef fabric (see last picture). The cover has an envelope opening so that you can insert your own pillow form and remove it if the pillow cover ever needs to be washed. I recommend using a 17" pillow insert or loose poly fill for best results.
