This is a one of a kind Tropical Beach pillow cover for an 18" pillow. It has a mixture of Bird of Paradise Flowers, Sea Turtles, Ocean Waves, Hanalei Bay Beach, and Polihale Beach scenes designed by Ann Jensen of Hawaii Ana Quilt. These squares were sashed with white Kona cotton to give it the "modern quilt" look and to make the colors pop! I also added colorful strips of Island Batik fabrics, and for the back of the pillow I used a blue Island Batik leaves fabric. I used Quilter's Dream Angel batting on everything. I had a lot of fun quilting everything with the "quilt as you go" technique.
You will need to provide an 18" pillow form insert. I added special decorative fabric on the top and bottom of the pillow, so I would recommend after you insert the pillow form to just add a little bit of loose poly fill along the inside top and bottom to fill it all out perfectly. It has an envelope closure so that you can easily remove the pillow form if it ever needs to be washed.
