This fabric has beautiful pink Bougainvillea flowers in the forefront of a tropical beach sunset. It makes you feel like you are right there in the scene, enjoying beauty and tranquility! Award winning artist Diane Appler of Maui, Hawaii, hand painted this design and I have printed it on cotton sateen fabric and made into quilt squares and panels. She said when the sunset drops behind the bougainvillea bushes, the colors just light up. She wanted to get the sun shining through the flowers so she had to lay down sideways on the deck to capture the realistic lighting!
