Tropical SEAHORSE Ocean Waves Sea Grass PILLOW Cover Case~ Artistic Quilt Sashing~ Fits 18" Pillow

This listing is for a finished batik fabric Tropical Seahorse pillow cover. It is sure to add a lot of vibrant color and a tropical feel to any decor! The centerpiece is a HawaiiAnaQuilt Tropical Seahorse fabric quilt square from my shop. Then, a 2.25" curvy sashing was designed from light blue fabric with bubbles and sea grass. Next, a .5" curvy sashing was added using a gorgeous Island Batik green fabric with blue leaves. On the outside 2" border, I used a blue batik fabric that has a Chevron design in green, and I used it to surround the Seahorse to give the look of water, ocean waves! I then made frayed bias strips from the same Island Batik green fabric. Each strip has many cuts and I stitched them around the Seahorse to give a fringed look to the Sea Grass, Kelp. It gives this pillow cover a lot of special interest, and makes it one of my very favorites!!

The back of the pillow cover is made from the same blue and green Chevron design as the outside front border. It has an envelope opening so that you can insert your own pillow form, and you can remove it if the pillow case ever needs to be washed. You will need to supply your own pillow form insert. It is recommended to have a pillow form larger than the pillow case to make sure the corners are filled out properly. The finished measurement of this cover is 17.25", so I would recommend an 18" pillow insert.

I may also still have this pillow cover in the 16" size. Or if you would like to make your own, you can find the center Tropical Seahorse fabric square in my shop. You can make a lot of different looks, depending on what fabrics you use for the borders! I may also have other style pillow cases available in my shop. If you don't see what you need, I'm sorry but I'm not able to do special order finished pillow cases at this time. I will be adding more as time allows, so please check back.
