Tropical BALI HAI Beach Pillow Cover Quilt Strip-Pieced Border ~ Hawaiian Beach Kauai Mt Makana Coastal Hanalei Bay Pillow Cover

This listing is for a finished Bali Hai Hawaiian Beach pillow cover done in warm orange, green and cream colors. Ann Jensen created the lovely centerpiece artwork, and I printed it on cotton. I added a 1" inner border of Michael Miller's fancy Linen Pearlized fabric in a cream color. Then I used seven different coordinating Island Batik fabrics and the quilt strip-piecing technique to make the colorful outer 2" border. The back of the pillow cover is made from the same Linen pearlized fabric (see last picture). The cover measures 15.25", and it has an envelope opening so that you can insert your own pillow form and remove it if the pillow cover ever needs to be washed. I recommend using a 16" pillow insert for best results.
